Our Store Policies

Things You Need to Know

We founded Ragged Dragon with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Returns. We accept returns if a product is faulty or broken upon receipt. A new replacement will be sent out ASAP at no extra cost. Picture evidence may be required via email.

Refunds. A full refund is available for faulty or broken items (broken upon receipt) upon return. This does not include return postage.

We do not accept returns or refund for live charms.
